1. Terms and conditions of sale
1.1. Tickets may only be exchanged via the Trivial Muffins ticketing website. Tickets are void if resold via any other outlet or third party and Trivial Muffins reserves the right to deny access to tickets and/or the performance to any buyer if the buyer resells or offers for re-sale any ticket through a secondary ticketing facility.
1.2. Tickets can only be refunded up to 14 days prior to the performance via a formal request issued by mail to contact@trivialmuffins.com. In case of cancellation of a performance due to exceptional circumstances (e.g. death or serious injury of a member of Trivial Muffins, mandatory cancellation due to the CoViD rules,…) no refund will be provided. Trivial Muffins commits however to do its best to make the performances happen.
1.3. Tickets are sold subject to the latest health guidelines from government. If you have concerns please check with our ticket office team via email, phone or live web chat. If you cannot provide a valid CoViDSafe certificate if required by the guidelines, no refund will be provided.
1.4. Tickets are sold subject to Trivial Muffins right to make any alterations to the cast. A change of cast or lead role shall not constitute a substantial alteration and will not lead to tickets being refunded.
1.5. Trivial Muffins reserves the right to refuse admission to the performances. In particular, we ask our visitors to treat our staff, our artists and other visitors with kindness and respect. Anyone who does not uphold our values may be denied entry, asked to leave, denied future entry to the performances, have their membership revoked or any other appropriate sanction as decided by Trivial Muffins.
1.6. Trivial Muffins reserves the right to provide alternative seats to those specified on the ticket.
1.7. Latecomers will not be admitted to the Theatre unless there is a suitable break or interval.
1.8. Children aged 5–14 must have their own ticket and must be seated next to an accompanying adult. Children aged 0–4 will not be admitted to the auditoriums unless otherwise advertised.
1.9. The use of cameras and recording equipment is frowned upon during performances. You are welcome to take pictures/videos after the final words of the performances.
1.10. Ticket holders acknowledge that Trivial Muffins and authorized third parties may record (video and/or audio) throughout the premises including without limitation in connection with the ticketed event. Ticket holders give their express consent to the use of their actual or simulated likeness in connection with the production, advertising or exploitation of any film, video and/or audio recording of and/or in connection with the ticketed event or otherwise at a Trivial Muffins performance in any/all media throughout the world.
1.11. A ticket grants the holder access to the Trivial Muffins performance stated on the ticket. The validity of the ticket will be checked at the entrance of the venue.
